Great spot for solo travelers
The staff were helpful. They provided me with a free toothbrush when I forgot mine, and the bathroom in my room had a fine jacuzzi bath that was a perfect way to unwind after the day.

Coal Exchange is a gem, especially with its fab brunch! Don't miss that Italian strata – it's pure magic. And seriously, the spa baths are a lush touch after a long day. The staff? Pure gold, making you feel right at home.
Now, the downside, our place reeked of unclean vibes, and the bathroom was a horror show with dirty stuff left behind. We even spotted wires hanging out of the bedside lamps. Yikes!
